8. Shipping

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used skincare products may not be eligible for return.

Our complete Return & Refund Policy should be reviewed before placing an order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at a.motherslove.336@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and photographs of the item.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A Mother’s Love shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse, improper application, allergic reactions, individual sensitivities, failure to follow product instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on this website, including logos, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, designs, and other materials, belongs to A Mother’s Love or is used with permission. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
